Exchange and Refund Policy for Online Program.

Our video courses are currently delivered by internet only.  After your purchase has been approved, we will process your order.  Orders are typically processed within one (1) hour but could take as long as twenty-four (24) hours to complete.  Once your order has been processed, we will send you a confirmation email using the email address you provided on our order form.  This email will serve as your electronic purchase receipt and will contain the information you need to access our video courses.

Video streaming in our servers are closely monitored to ensure you are able to successfully access our course.  While we are flexible and allow you to complete a reasonable number of access, we will not tolerate download or sharing abuse.  We reserve the right to suspend and/or terminate your access to our servers or video courses upon suspicion, which is generally rare but properly notified and reasons asked for.

Refund Policy

We stand behind our video courses and your satisfaction with them is important to us.  However, because our video courses are digital goods delivered via internet, we generally offer no refunds.

If, however, you have technical issues viewing the course or your log-in details are lost or blocked, we will be more than happy to assist you upon your request.

Assistance requests made are handled on a case-by-case basis and are personalized at our sole discretion.  Any requests, if any, must be made within thirty (30) days of your original purchase.


We strictly do not allow exchange of courses or transfer to any other student or ID whatsoever.  If, however, there is a special case scenario, please report to the us as indicated below:
